Apple’s Impressive Barcelona Store Set to Reopen Next Month

Apple’s flagship retail location in Spain, Apple Passeig de Gràcia, is preparing to reopen after a months-long renovation.

The store has been temporarily closed since mid-February as part of refurbishment work, but Apple has now confirmed through its website that it will resume operations on May 26.

Located in the heart of Barcelona, the redesigned space is expected to continue serving as one of Apple’s most prominent retail destinations in Spain, offering the company’s full range of products, services, and in-store support once it reopens.

Apple Passeig de Gràcia originally opened in 2012 and has since become one of Apple’s flagship retail locations in Spain.

Situated on Passeig de Gràcia—one of Barcelona’s most iconic and busiest avenues—the store occupies a historic former bank building, notable for its striking stone façade and architecturally rich design. Its central location and landmark setting have made it a key retail and tourist destination for Apple in the region.

Alongside this flagship store, Apple also operates another retail location in the city at the Apple Westfield La Maquinista, located in a major shopping mall that serves the broader metropolitan area.

With the Passeig de Gràcia store set to reopen on May 26 after renovations, Apple is continuing to maintain a strong retail presence across multiple high-traffic areas in Barcelona.
