Fable is scheduled to launch on February 23, 2027, with Premium Edition early access beginning February 18.
2. God of War: Laufey

Sony is taking the God of War series in an unexpected direction with God of War: Laufey.
Instead of playing as Kratos, the game puts Laufey, also known as Faye, at the centre of the story. After her death, Faye awakens in a strange land and must fight through the afterlife of the gods known as the Everywhen.
The game is being developed by Santa Monica Studio and is scheduled for February 16, 2027, exclusively on PS5.
3. Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis

Lara Croft is returning in Tomb Raider: Legacy of Atlantis, another major adventure for one of gaming’s most recognizable characters.

4. Persona 4 Revival

5. Exodus

Exodus is one of the most ambitious new science-fiction RPGs on the 2027 schedule.
Developed by Archetype Entertainment, the game is built around space exploration, branching choices and a story in which the player’s decisions can have consequences over long periods of time.
Exodus is currently scheduled to launch on April 7, 2027.
6. Ananta
Release date: January 15, 2027

Formerly known as Project Mugen, Ananta has attracted attention for its large urban world and anime-inspired presentation.
The free-to-play open-world RPG combines exploration, combat and social activities in a world influenced by modern cities. Players can explore the environment, switch between characters and take part in activities beyond the main story.
Ananta is currently scheduled for January 15, 2027.
7. Stranger Than Heaven

From Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio, the team behind the Like a Dragon series, Stranger Than Heaven is another intriguing 2027 release.
