Shelf Heroes from GameForge is a chaotic toy-based shooter where action figures go to war—think Sid’s room from Toy Story meets a twisted Small Soldiers vibe. Revealed at the Future Games Show Spring Showcase, powered by HyperX, the trailer shows kid’s bedroom chaos, including plastic dinosaurs and Nerf weapon mayhem.
Players can team up in one-to-three player co-op, piloting modular heroes built from different toy parts—swap a Lego head, Barbie legs, or GI Joe hands—to craft your perfect fighter. With roguelike gameplay, survival depends on strategy, firepower, and improvisation, as enemies and hazards keep the action unpredictable.
While there’s no official release date yet, Shelf Heroes is planned for Steam in 2026, with a free demo expected later in the year. You can wishlist it on Steam to stay updated.
